In order to make lifestyle changes, you have to find what works for YOU & create the habits or routines that will support your goals.

Part ONE Action:
- Number your page 1-5 spaced out
- Write down 5 health, wellbeing or lifestyle goals
- Explain WHY you want to reach these goals in 3 words max
- Rewrite each goal into a clear I AM statement
- Create a personal mission statement
Part TWO: The All or Nothing Mentality
Create consistent motivation without relying on willpower or self-discipline, but kind & flexible routines instead.
While working with you, I came up with routines to better organize my own life, and it's been absolutely life-changing. - Leanne
Part TWO Action:
- Pick ONE of your 5 goals/I AM statements
- Generate a list of 5 activities to accomplish the I AM statement
- Map out a weekly schedule of day & time to practice these activities
Part THREE: You Can Do Hard Things
The challenges you face of inconsistency, being emotional, finding excuses, procrastinating, fearing change, not knowing where to start are NOT as powerful as you are!
Lack of motivation, organization, confidence, energy, or focus may be getting in your way. In order to develop self-care & stick to habits - get the accountability that makes all the difference.
Part THREE Action:
- Reread your personal mission statement out loud - do you feel confident in making it a reality?
- Choose ONE of your I AM statements
- Rewrite a commitment in the following form: By (DATE), I AM (STATEMENT), by performing my dedicated activities (COUNT) times a week!
